By booking a session with us, you (the adult participant or guardian of under 18 participant) agree that you have read, understood and accept the below.
The BMC Participation Statement
βThe BMC recognises that climbing and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be aware of their own actions.β
Acceptance of risk
Adventure activities are not completely free from risk. Whilst the chances of serious injury is small, the chances of minor injury (bruises, cuts, minor fractures) has to been seen as possible outcomes to much the same extent as normal active play.
Declaration of fitness
You must disclose any condition or injury that may affect you taking part in activities with Labyrinth Climbing, which includes but not limited to asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, fainting, allergies, heart and blood conditions, tendon injuries, muscle strains, arthritis.
Behaviour
The participant must follow the instructions of the coaches at all times. Failure to do so may result in larger risk of injury and/or the participant not being allowed to continue with the activity.
Coaching
All our coaches are experienced climbers and instructors with industry standard qualifications. These can provided upon request. Our coaches may also not hold any personal training or physiotherapy qualifications. Any advice given by the coaches is implemented at your discretion and our coaches will be happy to discuss this. Labyrinth climbing are not responsible for any injuries sustained from training advice.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session with us, we will provide a full refund if we are given seven days notice. If we are given at least three days notice, we will try to re-arrange. If Labyrinth climbing needs to cancel a session at any time prior to the session we will try to rearrange in the first instance, failing that we will provide a full refund.
