What is coaching?
At Labyrinth climbing we help individuals improve their climbing skills, whether they’re beginners or experienced climbers. We focus on technical, physical, and mental training, with a coach guiding the climber through movements, tactics, strength-building exercises, and strategies. The goal is to help climbers reach their personal goals, whether it's improving performance, conquering specific routes, or progressing to a higher level of climbing. We provide coaching at the climbing wall or outdoors, depending on the type of climbing (bouldering, sport climbing, trad climbing, etc.). It is specific to the climber's current level and goals, ensuring that training is effective and progressive.
